Books! Audio Books! Just Books!
Here you will find a list of books I have read and books I like a lot. You may like to read them too, you may not, but you get a better insight into what makes me tick. Although you will will be hard pressed to find what makes me tick by reading a few web site pages and the books I have read. Ask my wife, she still has no clue, and my parents and other family you ask? They gave up years ago, but encourage me as other than some strange plots, he is the most talented write that ever lived and they have in the past often bought me the new releases. And yes, the books are always better than the movies!
Books I Have Enjoyed and Read - Big List . . .

Neal Stephenson's Snow Crash
I was really moved in April of 2005 while listening to a Carl Sagan book,

Pale Blue Dot, he is a famous astronomer who died in 1996 (he wrote Cosmos and the book for the famous movie Contact) and is very interesting about the Earth, asteroids, the surrounding planets, space, the ozone, what may happen to us and exploring the solar system in layman's terms so even I can understand it! ;-) It also talks about how a new born has a 1 in 2,000 chance of being on the planet when a catastrophic asteroid hits, (flying and crashing in an airplane is a 1 in 2 million chance in case you were wondering,) and how scientists in the year 2005 will have a complete list of all asteroids larger than 1 KM in size and could impact the earth and possibly cause genocide of the human race. To me it is very interesting.

The trilogy Lord of the Rings and was very good, and a bit different from the movies, and very long, but a good read. I'd suggest it to anyone.

September 2005 I finished a book by Michael Crichton on government conspiracy's and global warming called State of Fear, and although fictional it makes you think. Look it up, it was a good read.
More to come when I can go through my books. OK, it is November 3rd, 2006 - I have not added updates to this in a long time. I have been listening to Pod Cast's more than books as of late, but need to get back to it as I love books. So one of my favorite (because it is fun, fantasy and makes me feel like a kid) is the:

Harry Potter series. Wow, that was fun. Give them all a try if you have not. It really brings you back to your childhood.

I was so captivated by this youthful romance between a vampire and a young girl I had to read them all! I'll admit, it is more simple reading than say, Angels & Demons, more like Harry Potter, but it is very entertaining and after all, the intended audience is teenagers.
Stop laughing Cristian! He didn't like the movie and hates that I educate myself on an iPhone/iPod!

OK, this is crazy, my Stephen King collection is crazy long so I decided to give it it's own section.
April of 2009 I got back into reading/listening to some books as I am usually listening to Pod Casts. ;-)
OK, for those who know me this will be shocking as I am one of the biggest, most dedicated Stephen King fans, but I have not read all of his older books, so I am playing catch up on some of the older ones I have missed so my life is complete! ;-) I drive and commute a lot so I listen to them on my iPhone, previously on my Palm Treo 650 and my iPods. ;-)
More to come as I have an hour commute to work each way. Make it much more enjoyable!
Here are the rest!
